Welcome to the World: Our New Apartment Community Is Here

I had to hit the pause button on our real estate investing education series to share some exciting news—because, like any proud new parent, I just have to show off! 🎉

We are beyond thrilled to announce the arrival of our newest \”bundle of joy\” —Phase one of our 48 unit apartment complex is almost complete! 🎊 After months of hard work, sleepless nights, and a few unexpected cravings (for coffee and building permits), we’re excited to present a space that’s ready to become home for many.

If building is like parenting, then we’re proud to say we’ve now got 300+ \”kids\” under our belt — each one a unique creation, nurtured from the moment of conception (ahem, blueprint) to delivery (certificate of occupancy!). Just like a new born, every project demands love, patience, and more troubleshooting than you can imagine, but in the end, it’s worth it.
